The guy in the pictures doing the masking is my friend Preston, who is pretty much my personal shadetree mechanic. Also, I'm stoked at how sinister looking it turned out :D

Of 20k, getting back into Terragen, and tomfoolery

So yeah. Just glanced, and I managed to crack 17k. Only 3k to go until I hit 20k. And I'll probably not notice until after it happens, like usual, so don't expect a special render for the event =P

In other news, the lack of renders on my part has ended, if only temporarily. I'm also working on a collab with someone, it's going quite well. Can't wait until we finish it, you guys will love it :D

And lastly, I need to start saving cash for a random roadtrip somewhere. The way the Blazer eats fuel, it'll probably take a couple thousand dollars, but eh =P

Who wants to house my ass for a while when I decide to do this? =P

Of getting stabbed in the lip, on purpose.

Yes, I got my first piercing. 14 gauge labret :D

Feels kind of odd but I imagine I'll get used to the feeling of having a metal bar sticking through my bottom lip. Also it's currently sore, whee. And eating is interesting now =P

Needless to say, i'm grabbing my floaties and settling in to either be stuck where i'm at, or start doggie paddling =P

*dusts off old journal*

*kicks it down the list*

Now then. I'm here to tell you kids about a fun new game called Audiosurf. The best way to describe it is... Guitar Hero meets FreQuency meets... Tetris. Well, if you're playing as something other than Mono. If you're like me, then it's just Guitar Hero meets FreQuency >_>

Anyways, this awesome little game is only $10. Yes, 10 bux. And it's available on Steam. Now, the premise is, you pick a song from your harddrive, the game creates a track based off of it, and you zip along, collecting little colored blocks, forming combos, and scoring insane points. And all the while, your music is playing, colors are flashing, and you're flying along at absurd speeds. It really, -really- is something you have to see to get a good idea of it.

Oh hey, look, I recorded one of my latest runs. Imagine that =P

Anyways, I'd highly recommend this if you have 10 bux to spare and are looking for a fun, cheap little game that will keep you addicted and let you show off your skillz against people online.

This, and Baldur's Gate 2, are where my free time is going by the way.

Now to let this one sent for a few weeks until I get off my butt and think of a new entry \o/
